We celebrated my Dad today with lots of talk about everything that made him special. His altar contained his picture, candles, beautiful flowers and some snacks. Unfortunately, it was not the idea that Gramps may make a visit which scared Maddie; it was the fact that he actually may eat the treats we left him when he did infact visit... No worries! I knew the stale cheerios wouldn't go far!
